From the middle/end of October is traditional goose time in the Oberschweinstiege.

We serve a crispy quarter of goose, with everything that goes with it, as a main course or in a menu, without advance order.
Upon advance order, we also serve a "Whole Goose" in a 4-course menu – carved at the table (from 4 people).
For enjoyment at home, we offer our popular "Goose TO GO Box" for 4 people.
