The Oberschweinstiege spoils its guests with a quality country cuisine.
Fresh, seasonal products are in the foreground with us.
The menu changes accordingly with the seasons:
Spring begins with Hessian asparagus, followed by green sauce at Easter. Crisp salads, delicious berries and of course chanterelles determine the selection in summer.
At the end of September, we start the fall with an Oktoberfest menu and the original Paulaner Festbier, before we ring in the cooler season with delicious game dishes.
In the middle of October the goose season starts and at Christmas we surprise with atmospheric menus.
The kale menu at the beginning of January is now also very popular here in Hesse and is finding more and more followers.

"Frankfurts living room"
As one of Frankfurt's best-known inns, the Oberschweinstiege impresses with its versatility.
Different guest rooms and numerous covered outdoor places offer many possibilities for a visit with us:
For example, the Kaminzimmer welcomes you with a crackling fire and lives up to the former nickname "Frankfurt's living room". Those who like it more contemplative choose one of the smaller rooms.
The "Försterstube", for example, invites you to a cozy get-together in a small circle.
Our visitors also have the choice outdoors.
In our large beer garden in front of the house, you can sit comfortably under old chestnut trees or protected from the weather in the winter garden and always have an eye on the hustle and bustle.
More quietly and a bit off the beaten track, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Jacobi pond on the lakeside terrace behind the fireplace room.
Whether spontaneously with friends or planned with business colleagues, the inn in the city forest of Frankfurt is always worth a visit.
Also celebrations of all kinds have a long tradition in this place.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
On weekends and holidays you can reserve at lunch time at any time until a maximum of 13:00 and then only again from 17:00.
In the time between 13:00 and 17:00 we assign all free tables directly on site.
