Spend the Christmas holidays at Oberschweinstiege in a festive atmosphere.
On December 25 and 26, 2025, you can put together your own individual 3-course menu from the following dishes.

On these days, we specify three occupancy times:

At lunchtime from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. In the evening, anytime from 6:00 p.m. onwards.

Please note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to order individual dishes from the 3-course menu.

Starters

Homemade venison ham on lamb's lettuce
gluten-free, lactose-free, contains nuts
with pear vinaigrette, golden beet and caramelized walnuts

Goat cream cheese confectionery on arugula
contains nuts
with pear vinaigrette, tomato chutney and bread chip

or

Game broth
with root vegetables and semolina dumplings

or

Pumpkin soup
gluten-free, lactose-free, contains nuts
with styrian pumpkin seed oil and roasted seeds

Main Courses

Roast goose
(+7,00€ extra charge)

served with potato dumplings, red cabbage, chestnuts, cranberry pears and goose gravy

 Hake fillet

with orange and pumpkin risotto and melted date tomatoes
